Natalia Gwarda, the leader of Pastiche Promotions is originally from Poland. She moved to the United States in 2015 on a basketball scholarship, where she honed not only her athletic skills but also her leadership and strategic thinking.
Her educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from Houston Baptist University, followed by a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. These academic achievements, coupled with her passion for business, have shaped her into a dynamic leader.
With over four years of experience in sales and marketing, Natalia has successfully led large teams and managed high-profile accounts, working alongside industry giants like Nestlé and AT&T. Her ability to oversee multimillion-dollar partnerships and drive growth in competitive markets has solidified her reputation as a results-driven professional.
As CEO of Pastiche Promotions, Natalia is committed to fostering innovation, empowering her team, and building lasting relationships with clients to drive sustainable success for the company.

Born and raised in San Antonio, DoRion was a standout football player at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, earning All-American titles and a National Championship before injuries ended his athletic career. He then gained experience across various industries, from fast food to education as a PE coach, before deciding to transition into the corporate world. Along with his professional journey, DoRion has always had a passion for music, which fuels his creativity and drive.
